Licence agreement
This agreement is between you and Mohamed Ghaith ("we") for the GBIM add-ins ("the software").
1. Licence
With a paid subscription we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for the subscription term: one named user per seat, on one computer at a time. A trial gives the same right for 30 days.
2. Restrictions
You may not sell, rent, share or publish the software or keys; work around the licence check; or reverse engineer the software except where the law allows it.
3. Your data
The software runs on your computer and does not send your models or project files to us. See the privacy notice for the licence check.
4. Updates and support
Updates released during your subscription are included. Support is by email.
5. No warranty
The software is provided "as is". Check its results before relying on them; you are responsible for your models and deliverables.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Term
The licence ends when the subscription ends or if you break this agreement.
